Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, cards, and packaging intact.

• Customised or monogrammed products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Process

1. Email us at designkocoon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund (in the form of store credit or original payment mode, as per policy).

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer (unless the product received is defective or damaged).

• In case of damaged/incorrect items, Kocoon will bear the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has passed quality checks.
